Due to the nature of wilderness travel, we may require and collect data categorized as Special Categories (sensitive personal data). This includes health conditions, allergies, and dietary requirements.

• Legal Basis: We process this sensitive data solely based on your explicit consent and strictly for the purpose of ensuring your safety and compliance with health regulations on remote expeditions. You have the right to withdraw this consent, but doing so may preclude us from providing the services that rely on this information (e.g., denying      participation in active tours).

B. Business Confidentiality (Corporate Clients)Any proprietary business information provided under a consultancy or management agreement is treated with the highest degree of confidentiality and is primarily protected by the separate Written Service Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

3. How We Use Your Information (Legal Basis)We only process your data when we have a valid legal basis to do so:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing data required to execute the travel or      consultancy contract.
• Legal Obligation: Processing necessary to comply with legal requirements (e.g., anti-money laundering, tax reporting).
• Explicit Consent: Processing sensitive data (Section 2.A).

4. International Data Transfers (Mandatory Consent)Due to the global nature of travel, your personal data, including identity and passport details, must be transferred across international borders to third-party suppliers (e.g., lodges, airlines) located in destination countries which may not offer the same level of data protection as your home country.By booking or engaging our services, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your necessary personal data outside of your country of residence.
