 Your Seven Days of Encounters

  1. Day 1 | Arrival in Kigali & Transfer: Arrive at Kigali International Airport (KGL). You are met by your private guide and transferred immediately through the lush, scenic landscapes to the foothills of the Virunga Mountains. Check-in and acclimatize at your secluded, luxury lodge.
  2. Day 2 | The First Encounter: The world-renowned experience begins. After briefing, ascend into the cloud forest for your First Mountain Gorilla Trek. Spend one transformative hour with the assigned family, observing their dynamics and absorbing the majesty of the Silverback.
  3. Day 3 | The Golden Primates & Culture: Morning trek to track the vibrant, endemic Golden Monkeys. Witness their playful antics in the bamboo forests. In the afternoon, visit the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village for a deeper insight into Rwandan traditions and the life of those who share the mountain's edge.
